Headache Management: Lifestyle changes you can try

You literally have to break a sweat. You should incorporate aerobics, strengthening exercises and flexibility exercises into your training routine. Regular aerobic exercise raises serotonin levels in your brain thus reducing headaches.

Other lifestyle changes that can help manage headaches are minimizing the intake of caffeine, reducing drinking and intake of alcohol, and practicing good posture.
